Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.
A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.
These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.
A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for medical care and have since been released.
Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.
The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
